Changes to Your Booking
You can request changes to your booking by email. Changes are subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
• 100% of the total stay will be charged. If you cancel after midnight (local time), less than 7 day(s) before arrival.
• 50% of the total stay will be charged. If you cancel after midnight (local time), less than 14 day(s) before arrival.
• 0% of the total stay will be charged. If you cancel after midnight (local time), less than 365 day(s) before arrival.
• Credit card required at time of booking.
• 100% of the total stay will be charged to the credit card provided
Breakfast
Breakfast is not included in the price. All units are equipped with the necessary material for the preparation of breakfast.
Children and Extra Beds
– Children of any age are welcome.
– Children can be accommodated in a crib or extra bed for a fee of 25 euros a day.
– The maximum number of cribs/extra beds is 1 per unit.

Parking

Cleaning Services
Bed linen and towels:
Linen is changed upon entry of new guests and weekly on stays longer than 7 days with guest confirmation.
Guests can request extra changes (additional charge).
– The lodging units are organized primarily for guests.
Laundry
– Laundry – self-service, washing machine and iron available.
Meals
– No meals are served. The units have all the equipment for the preparation of meals.
Conduct and Damage
– Take care of your unit. Guests are responsible for the proper use of their unit and its contents, and they will be liable for any loss or damage caused during their stay.
– Before departure, the unit will be inspected to check for possible damage.
Additional Rules:
– The units are for the exclusive use of the guests mentioned in the booking.
– Pets are not allowed.
– Events are not allowed.
– Smokers may smoke outside, but never inside the units.
Liability
– The liability for loss or personal injury lies with the guest.
– The confirmation of a stay implies that guests accept the terms and conditions of this regulation, and we assume that they will behave in accordance with the principles of a peaceful coexistence, respecting the people and property of Pico Formoso’s lodging units.
